Course Organization

The professional preparation in the three-year Level I academic diploma course tends, rightfully so, to approach jazz didactics principally as instrumental didactics, or better as the learning of performance and/or compositional skills, how to resolve technical problems, as well as the organization and structuring of the material and of creative elaboration.

For this reason we tend to focus principally on the development on the students’ technical-instrumental skills, and the necessary harmonic and compositional knowledge, an essential element of professional training.
